1. Purpose and scope

The purpose of the present stipulations is to regulate the use of the electronic sales services offered by FLORMODA from its website: www.flormoda.com, with address at Girona street nº130, 08203-Sabadell (Barcelona) SPAIN, with CIF B60464450 in the Registry of Commerce and Companies of Barcelona.

We make every effort to provide accurate information, and without typographical errors on our website, if any error occurs, we will proceed immediately to correct it.

2. Products and services

In our commitment to quality and service to our customers, we try at all times that all advertised products are available. If for any reason, the product purchased is not in stock, we will refund the customer the amount paid.

3. Prices

The retail prices on our website include Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be shown on the order.

Sales prices to professionals do not include Value Added Tax VAT.

In FLORMODA we reserve the right to modify prices, once the order has been placed, if there is a typographical error, beyond our control, we will proceed immediately to correct it.

4. Invoice

The customer will have access to their invoice within their account in the order history.

5. Shipping

Peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands and peninsular Portugal

  • You will receive your order in 24/48 working days via MRW. Order preparation from Monday to Friday.
  • Orders to individuals over 40€ tax excluded: FREE.
  • Orders to individuals under 40€ tax excluded: 5.80€.
  • Orders to professionals (minimum order 100€): FREE

Canary Islands

  • You will receive your order in 7/10 days via MRW. Departures on Thursdays.
  • Shipping cost 25€.
  • Taxes to be paid by the customer.
  • Refunds are not accepted.

Continental Europe

  • You will receive your order in 4/15 days (depending on the country of destination).
  • Shipping and *refund cost per way €20.
  • Customs taxes are different depending on the country of destination. It is likely that taxes will be charged and the customer will be responsible for them.

International (non-EEC countries)

  • Please consult soraya@flormoda.com for more information.
  • The shipment will be made through Correos.

You will receive an email from the transport agency at all times to know the status of your shipment.

6. Delivery deadlines

FLORMODA is not responsible for delays in deliverry caused by unforeseeable reasons, or force majeure on the part of the transport company.

7. Methods of payment and delivery

We accept payment by credit card VISA, MasterCard and American Express, also bizum and bank transfer.

8. Refunds

You have 14 calendar days from the reception of your order to inform us of your wish to return the product. Please note the following conditions:

  • The goods must be in perfect condition, unused, with original labels and packaging.
  • We do not accept returns on some items: headdresses, belts and flower crowns, these products are made to order.
  • If by any mistake the product you have received is not the one you have ordered through the web, is not to your liking or does not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us within a maximum period of 24 hours. In this case we will send MRW with the new product and at the same time we will collect your order at no additional cost to you.

To proceed with the refund of a product, please contact us by email soraya@flormoda.com.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Once we receive the product in our warehouse it will be checked and within a maximum of 2 days we will refund the money in your account.
