1. Purpose and scope of application

We make every effort to provide you with truthful information, and without typographical errors on our website, if any error is made, shall be immediately corrected.
2. Products and services
In our commitment to quality and service to our customers, we try at all times to make all products available. If for any reason, the purchased product does not have it in existence, we will pay the customer the amount paid.
Sale prices the public on our website include the Tax on the Value Added VAT, which will be displayed broken down in the order.
Sale prices to professionals not included the Tax on the Value Added VAT.
In FLORMODA We reserve the right to modify the prices, once the order is made, if there is a typographic error, other than us, we will proceed immediately to its correction.
The customer will have access to your invoice within their account in the order history.
Spain peninsular, Balearic Islands and Portugal
- You will receive your order in 24/48h working days through MRW. Preparation of orders from Monday to Friday.
- Orders to individuals over 40€ Tax excl.: FREE
- Orders to individuals less than 40€ Tax excluded: 5.80€
- Orders to professionals (minimum order 100€): FREE
- You will receive your order in 7/10 days through MRW. Departure on Thursdays.
- Shipping Cost 25€
- Taxes by the customer.
- No returns are accepted.
- You will receive your order in 4/15 days (depending on the country of destination).
- Cost of shipping and * return per journey 20€.
- Customs taxes are different according to the country of destination. They are likely to collect taxes from which the customer will take over.
International (countries outside the EEC)

You'll get it. email of the transport agency at every moment to know the status of your shipment.
6. Delivery time
FLORMODA is not responsible for the delay in delivery, caused by unforeseen reasons or causes, or for force majeure by the transport company.
7. Payment methods and shipping modalities
We accept payments by credit card VISA, MasterCard and American Express, also bizum and bank transfer.

Facilities 14 natural days from the reception to communicate your desire to return the product. You must take into account the following conditions:
- The merchandise has to be in perfect condition, unused, with original labels and packaging.
- In some articles we do not admit returns:touched, belts and crowns of flowers, these products are manufactured on order.
- If by some mistake the product you received was not the one you ordered through the web, it was not your pleasure or it was not in perfect condition to contact us within a maximum of 24h. In this case we will send MRW with the new product and at the same time we will collect your order at no additional cost for you.
To proceed with the return of a product, write to us email email@example.com.
Note that you will have to assume the return costs derived from sending the product back.
Once we receive the product in our warehouse it will be reviewed and within a maximum of 2 days we will refund the money in your account.
