Terms and conditions of use Outlet Flormoda

1. Sphere of application: The sale conditions described below governing contractual relations between the users of the website of Flormoda Outlet and Flormoda Complementos S.L, residing at Girona Street, nº130, 08203, Sabadell (Barcelona), SPAIN and with company tax ID Number B-60464450 recorded in the trade register of Barcelona. These general conditions of sale are the unique applicable and they replace any another general condition, except in case of prior, clearly or written annulment. Flormoda Complementos S.L may from time to time modify its conditions of sale and every change will be announced in the website. We consider that, once made the order, you have accepted our conditions. By accessing the portal, you undertake to respect the Terms and Conditions as well as the Conditions of Use contained herein.

2. Products information: Not being contractual, the images that illustrate the products can’t ever represent a compromise from Flormoda Complementos S.L.

3. Product availability: We have all of our products in our own storehouse and so that we ensure the immediate delivery of the orders. Flormoda Complementos S.L absolves itself if the orders can’t be delivered because of causes outside.

4. Prices: The sale prices indicated on the website are exclusive for the products sale over Internet.These prices are only available using the forms of payment of the online shop (credit and debit card and bank transfer)

5. Bill: Flormoda Complementos S.L will issue a physical invoice that will be delivered to the address the customers gave us together with the order. Flormoda Complementos S.L notes that invoicing information could not be modified without the original bill.

6. Transport: We sent the articles in envelopes by ordinary post. For shipment in the European Union the transport is free. For rest of the world each case will be considered.

7. Delivery: The order will be delivered to the address the customer gave us during the process of buying. It’s the customer responsibility to give the correct address. Flormoda Complementos S.L isn’t responsible if the delivery is delayed because the customer gave an incorrect address. The order will be delivered in the address given at the time of the engagement. The subsequent changes in the place of delivery requested by the client may generate additional costs on the sale price.

Flormoda Complementos S.L makes its best efforts to respect the delivery times indicated on the website (you will receive the articles in  five or seven days depending on the country of shipment). Therefore Flormoda Complementos S.L will not take responsibility for the consequences in the delay of the delivery due to unforeseeable or insuperable reasons or causes of force majeure related to the transport company.

We recommend checking your package as soon as you receive it to ensure that everything is correct and has arrived in proper condition. If the package doesn’t arrive in proper condition you may not accept the delivery and should bring the matter to the attention of Flormoda Complementos S.L (admin@flormoda.com).

8. Forms of payment and modalities of sending: The forms of payment  accepted are:

 

  • Credit and debit cards
  • Bank transfer: Only when we received the transfer we will send the envelope. Remember to put your order number in the concept.

9. Products guarantee: We are so confident of the quality of our products that we offer 15 days for the return of the package. We will change it for the same product, for a different product of the same price or we will return money. The ordering party is responsible for the costs of the return. Pursuant to Royal Decree No 1/2007, all the products sold by Flormoda Complementos S.L are benefit of a legal guarantee of conformity for a one-year period. Therefore, if the lack of conformity becomes apparent in the first six months, means that the failure existed when the product was delivered unless proven otherwise. If the lack of conformity becomes apparent after the first six months, the customer must be able to show that the failure existed in the moment of the delivery in order to use the guarantee. We recommend our customers to request an appraisal to justify the lack of conformity, the cost of which they shall bear. By showing that the failure comes from us the customer will have the right to benefit from the guarantee.

10. Protection of personal data: In all respects to the conditions set out in the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13th , of Data Protection of Personal Character, Flormoda Complementos S.L informs the user of the presence of an automated card file of personal character data created by and for Flormoda Complementos S.L and under its responsibility, with the aim of establishing, maintaining and managing the relationship with the user, as in the case of a labor promotion, training, marketing of its products, services and related activities.   

11. Commercial communications: The user contacts Flormoda Complementos S.L giving his address or e-mail address, so that Flormoda Complementos S.L could send him commercial communications regarding their products or services either via e-mail or via post or other means. The user can request at any moment the cessation of this type of communication by contacting us.

12. Promotions and discount codes: Promotions and discounts cannot be added to any other promotional offer, only can be exchanged one discount during the period of the promotion. Furthermore, the discounts will be only effective in the shop online.
